All Pierced Out

Well what a fantastic weekend ive just had. Ive been prodded, pierced, poked, hung in the air by hooks, bled everywhere, and i loved every min of it!Friday i arrived at Norwich midday, and was met by Dispel. We did some shopping, and went to see vampy, where Nick did his knee suspension. I got to massage the bubbles out of his knees! Yeay. We left to go to the pub, which in fact was a hang out for weeny goths where the majority of people were under 18, and i was being adored by them, probably just for being over 18! But i had a good time as we were met by icklepurklegirl. The three of us then left to go shopping again, and when we got back to nicks we did some play piercing on me! It was sooooo cool! I loved it, and was giggling insanely all through. The next day we went into Norwich centre so they could show me around and we had a greasy breakfast to set me up for the day. We arrived at Sues place and everything for the meet was under way. We missed mistercrumbs suspension, but Alcan did a coma suspension which looked very impressive. I was up next!So very nervose i was too, but somehow managed to get through it and i dont actually remember a lot. I had been body painted red on half of my body by nephthys, mrs_bungle_, deletia, and Ree and Nick also. So i was a flying red thing, and i felt so pretty. The rest of the day went v quickly and lots of things happened of which i cant actually remember because my brain doesnt seem to be working. Anyway. Sat night went back to Nicks to sleep after having a bath with the Ree babe to remove a mixture of my body paint, blood, and any remaining Bubbles in my back!Sunday morning was spent walking around a car boot sale, which also involved gingham shorts and burger with bacon, egg, cheese, and onions. Yum.On sunday more fun things happened including the suspension of Ataxia, and i got my Triangle/deep horizontal hood done. Ree with her painless Earl/bridge, and her ever bleeding horizontal hood (Poor babe). I got to meet al overdrive which was cool, and also got a lift off him home! yeay. on the way home however we did run over some sort of bolt thing and the wheel needed to be changed, but a minor set back. Now i am home, and it feels good.

Steam

Since 1pm on Thursday I have been at the Weeting steam engine rally. It was not the best weekend on my life, it could fairly possibly be the worst, however some good did come out of it, the fact that i was being paid £8 an hour to be there. Yes i was working behind the bar at the beer tent there. If it wasnt for the money i wouldnt have lasted as long as i did. I came home feeling deeply disturbed and depressed. I even came home a day early cos i had had enough. Working the bar was fine. Bit tedious doing the same thing for 13 hours a day for 4 days, but this was by no means the bad part of the weekend. It all went wrong on friday night. There was a band playing in the beer tent called Doctor Busker. At first i thought what he was singing about was quite funny and i bounced along, but as the songs went on i became quite upset. They had many songs degrading women, as well as many racist songs against many diff countries. I can laugh along at a joke and stuff, but i thought that this band had gone too far, but the worst of it was the fact that the entire beer tent was filled with people singing along, laughing and enjoying them selfs, which usually is a really good thing, but not when they r racist, sexist songs. The people were not rude or anything when being served, they were quite polite compared to what im used to at the junction, but i was not happy at all. These people were the sort of people with webbed feet, in-bred, farmer/pikey people who prob all love their mothers waaaay to much in the wrong way.Saturday day time i was not in the mood at all, and had a well shit day. By sunday i decided to couldnt spend another night there and came home early. By then id already made a lot of money (in cash) and i also perchased a cask of real ale for only £20. So it wasnt all bad.To give u an idea of what it was like, the perfect soundtrack to the weekend would be the dueling banjos song from deliverence.Like hell am i doing that bar next year!
